On 29 July 2020, the Board of Directors of Quid Informatica S.p.A. decided to adopt the Compliance Programme (the “Programme”) as pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 dated 8 June 2001 “Regulations governing the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, including those without legal personality”, and appointed a single-member Supervisory Body consisting of Chairman Antonino Parisi – an external member. The Code of Ethics is a set of principles and rules whose observance by employees and collaborators is of paramount importance to ensure the proper operation of Quid Informatica and to prevent its reliability and reputation from being tarnished. The purpose is to disseminate the values of fairness, loyalty, integrity and transparency that should guide the actions and behaviour of those who work for Quid Informatica. The Compliance Programme and the Code of Ethics also states that anyone who become aware of information relating to the commission of crimes or the engagement in any conduct that does not comply with the rules of conduct drawn up by Quid Informatica S.p.A. pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, may submit voluntary reports to the Supervisory Board by writing an email to . The Compliance Programme and the Code of Ethics adopted by Quid Informatica are notified to its employees and all the parties with whom Quid Informatica has business relations through appropriate means of communication.
