On 1st July 2022 Quin, the digital transition consultancy company of Quid Group, acquired QGS – Quin Tech Intensity. QGS is the result of the merger between the Industry branch of Quid Informatica and Gruppo Sistema, an important player on the Italian market that has been offering management, application and system solutions for SMEs target for 40 years. «The decision to undertake this important acquisition by Quin» – explains Fabio Valgimigli, CEO of Quin and Chairman of QGS – «is part of the developmental plan that we are pursuing with energy and determination, in synergy with the parent company Quid Informatica SpA, of which Quin has been a part since its foundation in 2011 as a strategic partner, and with the Equinox Fund». «Quin’s investments aim to long-term growth, which will allow the company to expand its offer in terms of quality and quantity» adds Elio Catania, Quid Chairman.
